| Pricing | £55 for one person. Additional £10 for a second person. For bookings for 1 night only there is a £10.00 surcharge. |
| Payment | Payment is due on booking preferably by bank transfer but we can accept credit card payments using the sumUp system. We do not receive or retain any of your card details. Unpaid bookings are not reserved! |

| Deposit | No deposit is required. |
| Cancellation | Cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival date will not be refunded. |
| Max. Persons | Two adults maximum. |
| Children/Infants | Sorry, no person under 18 years of age. |
| Pets | Absolutely no pets under any circumstances. |
| Maximum stay (nights) | The apartment is not suitable for long stays so we have set a maximum of four nights. |
| Minimum stay (nights) | Bookings starting on Friday or Saturday are for a minimum of two nights. Otherwise one night can be booked. |
| Check-In | Check-In starts at 14:00 but if you just wish to leave some gear and get touring early We can arrange for your belongings to be kept safe in the main house. Late check-in (after 18:00) is possible. We always request advance notice of your expected arrival +/-2 hours |
| Check-Out | Please check-out by 10:00 so that we can prepare the room for the next guests. |
| Parking | There is ample parking on the road outside the bungalow. Please park on our side of the road not on the pavement. | Breakfast | Breakfast is not offered but a selection of instant coffes and teas are available. Please note that due to misuse, everything is provided for consumption in the property only. |
| Fridge | The apartment has a small fridge (not a freezer). If you have medication that needs to be kept cold we can keep it in our deep freeze. |
Cooking & Equipment | The apartment is not suitable for any kind of cooking, even microwave. Because we are required to perform a PAT (portable appliance test) on all equipment please do not bring any electrical equipment other than hair dryer or hair straightener with you. |
